When you've identified the tour category that suits your group best, it's time to get in touch with us. Our Ready to Go tours each come with a detailed, downloadable itinerary available directly from our website. These tours are not only pre-booked but also prepped and ready to go. After confirming dates with your group members, contact us to receive a Tour Confirmation Pack, complete with a security deposit invoice to effortlessly secure your trip.

For Day trips, we offer sample itineraries that can be requested for your group's review. While availability may vary, these serve as an excellent starting point for planning your day of adventure.

Our Extended Tours typically span two days or more, with suggested itineraries available for your group or committee to peruse before settling on preferred travel dates. Similar to our Day trips, these itineraries are subject to availability, with adjustments possible based on your travel dates.

If you're interested in collaborating with us on crafting a Tailored Coach Tour itinerary for your group, our team will work closely with you to uncover your group's interests, preferences, and any special requests. We'll then create a personalised itinerary that encompasses all your desired experiences and destinations.

3. Personalised Planning:

Once you've decided on a Day trip or Extended tour itinerary, inform us of your preferred travel dates, and we'll promptly check availability. Please note that all Day trips and Extended Tours are subject to availability, and some adjustments may be required to accommodate your group. Upon finalising an itinerary with pricing, we'll provide you with a comprehensive Tour Confirmation Pack. This pack is sent for every trip or tour booking.

The Tour Confirmation Pack includes a finalised itinerary (complete with pricing and your chosen travel dates), Booking Terms and Conditions, a security deposit invoice, a rooming list template (for extended tours), a passenger contact and emergency contacts template, and outlined all relevant due dates. These documents, along with dietary requirements and final payment due dates, can be easily added to your calendar, facilitating coordination with your group's treasurer or president, if necessary.

Upon receiving your Tour Confirmation Pack, securing your trip is a breeze. Simply pay the security deposit, allowing us to confirm bookings with our trusted suppliers. Rest assured, we've streamlined this process to make it hassle-free.
