From humble beginnings over three decades ago to the fresh brand with a touch of flashback it is today, Superb Tours continues to offer curated group seniors coach tours in Victoria with its cornerstone excellent customer service. 

 

In 1991, Bill Modos and the late Ron Howes embarked on their journey in the seniors coach tours industry by founding their own business. Drawing from their extensive experience, they recognised the potential within the seniors group travel sector and aimed to excel while offering advantageous alternatives. Their passion for the industry and the conviction to provide superior services drove their decision to go independent.
 
After a longstanding, 20+ year affiliation with Superb Tours as a supplier, Geoff Vickers and Andrew Czarnecki, the proprietors of Nuline Charter and Bayside Coaches, took over the reins of the business in 2017. Their acquisition was motivated by the desire to preserve the legacy established by Bill and Ron. Geoff and Andrew's guiding principle revolves around delivering value-for-money, top-quality tour experiences tailored group coach tours for seniors in Victoria.

However, the COVID-19 pandemic that hit Australia in 2020 brought the flourishing business to an abrupt standstill. Navigating through these challenging times required a fresh perspective, which emerged in the form of Kim Westrope. Recruited in early 2022, Kim brought with her a wealth of experience from previous travel industry tenures at Bayside Coaches, AAT Kings Australia and Contiki Europe. Her previous role as C-Suite Executive Assistant at a prestigious Melbourne catering and events firm instilled in her the values of effective communication, meticulous attention to detail, and personalised customer service – qualities she now brings to the revival of Superb Tours.
 
As the calendar turned to 2023, the leadership team at Superb Tours took a decisive step by rebranding the company. A new logo and brand identity were introduced, evoking back to the spirit that initially ignited the business during the 1990s. This revitalized approach aims to recapture the essence of the past while propelling Superb Tours into a new era of excellence and innovation.
